Members of Cheong, Denove,
Rowell & Bennett have been fighting for the rights of
consumers in California by reviewing proposed legislation,
speaking with legislators and battling the insurance
industry that attempt to pass laws that limit the rights of
the injured
to seek just compensation. CDRB organized one of the largest
demonstrations in California history against insurance
sponsored initiatives. These initiatives, fortunately, were
voted down.
